Box Tops for Education has already given away over $320 million to help the more than 69 thousand schools participating. And if that wasnt enough, earning Box Tops is even easier this year with four new brands participating in the program: Progresso Soup, Totinos Pizza, Betty Crocker Cake Mixes and Gold Medal Flour.
To help your local schools even further just look for the 10% Goes Back to Schools yellow school bus tags on over 2,000 of your favorite items throughout Safeway from August 11th September 14th. When you purchase participating products with your Club Card, Safeway will give 10% of the purchase price to the local school of your choice.
Heres how it works:
- Check your receipt from August 11 September 14. The total will be updated each time you shop.
- Beginning on September 18, a redemption code will be printed at the bottom of your receipt.
- Visit backtoschools.escrip.com before October 13 to choose your favorite participating local school, then simply enter your redemption code to make your donation.

ReplyDeleteI would give my certificate the only public school in my very rural district. I know they could really use it. They don't have enough of a student base to ever do much with Box Tops, and a bonus like this would go a long way.
ReplyDeleteOh, my. $25 at Safeway. Yeah, I know I could make use of that. Safeway is one of the more convenient places for me to shop, about 45 minutes away and on our way home from Scouts. Yep, I could make use of that.
ReplyDeleteI'm following you now on GFC.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for letting us know about this contest! I'm excited to enter it!

If our 'charter' school doesn't collect them, then I'd find a smaller Catholic school to receive them.
ReplyDeleteAlready following the blog...
ReplyDelete$25 at Safeway would cover a decent amount of groceries for the week from there. It's a rare day when I leave without spending close to $50 on stuff.
ReplyDeletewe homeschool too and i would choose the church school also :)
